Job Summary

  • Own and manage P&C and payroll compliance, driving a strong governance culture across the Group.
  • Implement the P&C Compliance Framework and ensure completion of control assessments and self-assessment reporting.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for annual payroll risk-based reviews, including payroll data extraction, payroll rule interpretation, variance calculations and remediation.
