Own and manage P&C and payroll compliance, driving a strong governance culture across the Group.
Implement the P&C Compliance Framework and ensure completion of control assessments and self-assessment reporting.
Take end-to-end responsibility for annual payroll risk-based reviews, including payroll data extraction, payroll rule interpretation, variance calculations and remediation.

Key Requirements
3+ years' experience in compliance role
5+ years' experience in payroll officer/auditor role
