Job Summary
Manage all aspects of assigned hourly workforce including time and attendance, time off, rewards, vouchering, training, and communications.
Define and implement plans to support business objectives, meet defined cell metrics for Cost, Quality, Delivery, and EH&S, and lead process improvement opportunities using Lean Strategies.
Conduct performance and skill review processes for Operations Technicians, Powerplant Mechanics, and Inspectors, and manage Capital and Expense Budgets for assigned cell.
