Job Summary

  • Lead the end-to-end technology development for defined HR Value Streams / Journeys within the Global HR Technology service provision.
  • Partner with HR Journey Owners to pursue a technology roadmap that fully exploits investment in Workday, ServiceNow, and other supporting platforms.
  • This role will be a key face-off into the HR Colleague Experience Team, in support of our ongoing transition to an Agile Value / Journey aligned delivery model.
