Base: $105,600 - $176,400; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus as part of total compensation; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, HSA, 401(k)
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5+ years construction management experience
Proficient in reading construction plans
Knowledge of NYC regulatory agencies DOB FDNY DOT DEP
Experience with Job Order Contracting or IDIQ
Strong skills in Procore and MS Project
Nice-to-have
Experience with Smartsheet work management software
Background in both horizontal and vertical construction
Ability to train contractors on proprietary software
Strategic problem-solving and negotiation skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
3-5+ years in construction procurement or general contracting
Strong knowledge of commercial public construction operations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and custom tracking tools
