Provides systems support in developing and enhancing business systems to provide new or enhanced products to clients or effective planning, reporting, and analysis tools to internal functions.
Maintain a comprehensive inventory of licensed software, track software from request to retirement, and categorize software into governance buckets.
Verify license compliance using Flexera and SNOW, support internal/external audits with accurate license records, and identify and remediate unauthorized software.
