Job Summary
Responsible for managing a team of Inspectors and Junior Engineers to ensure effective governance of quality gates, IPV, road testing, and PDI processes.
Interacting with cross functional team members to determine root cause of quality issues and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
Work in a team environment to develop and implement best practices that emphasize defect prevention, reduction in variation and waste and provide for continuous improvements in meeting all customer requirements.
