Job Summary

  • Collaborate and provide support in projects within the business unit/department, aligning with supervisor directives to enhance decision-making and project execution processes, delivering added value to internal clients.
  • Manage various HR sub-families including development programs, compliance, selection, onboarding, terminations, employee relations, compensation, relocation, migration, training, mobility, talent, performance, skills development, and HRIS.
  • Ensure the implementation of HR policies through monitoring and control, lead and coordinate a team to execute the company's HR strategy, and identify and coordinate improvements in HR and labor relations.
