Manage various HR sub-families including development programs, compliance, selection, onboarding, terminations, employee relations, compensation, relocation, migration, training, mobility, talent, performance, skills development, and HRIS.
Ensure the implementation of HR policies through monitoring and control, lead and coordinate a team to execute the company's HR strategy, and identify and coordinate improvements in HR and labor relations.
