You will be responsible for product presentations, dealership training, and monitoring dealer performance to ensure adoption of Capital One’s lead-generation products and lending solutions.

Base: $112,600 - $150,100 for Area Sales Manager; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation including cash bonuses and/or long term incentives; Benefits: Comprehensive health, financial and other benefits

Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year financial services or B2B sales experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
1+ year experience with lead-provider products
1+ year experience in automotive financing or advertising media
