Job Summary
Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document medications ordered for resident use by attending physicians or the Medical Director.
Participate in Quality Assurance programs, Pharmaceutical Services Committee, and other facility committees to improve medication process performance and accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information and promptly report any suspected violations.
