  • Your mission will be to identify, analyze, and execute expansion opportunities in the EMEA region, contributing to the sustainable growth of the hotel portfolio by capturing, negotiating, and closing development projects.
  • You will evaluate opportunities through financial analysis (revenue projections, GOP, ROI, IRR, payback, etc.) and coordinate with internal departments to validate project feasibility.
