Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to develop, coordinate, direct, and administer the facility’s marketing and public relations programs and services to maintain and increase census.
  • Develop and maintain written policies and procedures that govern the release of information concerning residents, employees, and the facility in accordance with current privacy rules and regulations.
  • Prepare and manage the departmental operating budget in collaboration with the Administrator and create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis throughout the facility.
