Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience
  • HVAC technician certification
  • EPA Level II Refrigeration Certification
  • Familiarity with CMMS
  • 10+ years of experience with CAV & VAV
  • 5+ years of experience with BAS / BMS
