Job Summary
Implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including wireless access points, routers, switches, and WLAN controllers.
Perform fault isolation and resolution in a methodical and thorough manner in accordance with SLA, and maintain on-call availability to respond to network issues.
Work with engineering department to develop customer and device specific knowledge base and maintain predesign documents for all network infrastructure.
