Key Requirements
4+ years in Product Management, Data Analytics, or combined role
Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
Statistical approaches (Python preferred) and descriptive/diagnostic analytics
Solid understanding of HR business processes (Hire-to-Retire)
