Job Summary

• This role will lead the development and sustainment activities for innovative, compliant IT digital architectures with a primary focus on Supply Chain Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning processes within the Product Lifecycle Services (PLS) and SIOP domain.
• The candidate will help define and drive implementation and sustainment support for the vision for enterprise architecture, establish technology standards, and deliver actionable strategies to support RTX’s business goals and synergy targets.
• This position requires strong communication and leadership skills, as the candidate will collaborate closely with senior functional leaders, internal partners, and external vendors.

Key Requirements

• BS Degree in computer sciences, supply chain management, engineering, mathematics or related field
• 15+ years professional experience in digital supply chain services and technology
• 12+ years experience leading project teams in digital or process transformation
• 5+ years leading technology sustainment / Center of Excellence teams
• Experience implementing global planning capabilities (SIOP/IBP/S&OP, Inventory, Demand, Supply/Operations, Materials)
• U.S. citizenship required
• Experience in complex corporations or Aerospace and Defense industries
