As the successful candidate you will work with the In-service systems engineering team in charge for Cabin & Cargo Mechanical Component (ATA 25) within the In-Service Engineering Centre Of Competence (COC), "1SYCM" siglum and : Answer customer daily engineering queries regarding the Cabin & Cargo Mechanical Equipment (Galleys, Lavatories, Cargo Compartment, Avionics Compartment, Floor to Floor ) for the whole Airbus commercial fleet and all customers, on time & quality

Job Summary

  • As the successful candidate you will work with the In-service systems engineering team in charge for Cabin & Cargo Mechanical Component (ATA 25) within the In-Service Engineering Centre Of Competence (COC), "1SYCM" siglum and : Answer customer daily engineering queries regarding the Cabin & Cargo Mechanical Equipment (Galleys, Lavatories, Cargo Compartment, Avionics Compartment, Floor to Floor ) for the whole Airbus commercial fleet and all customers, on time & quality.
  • Analyze all reported in-service events or queries to identify potential impacts on safety, airworthiness, reliability, quality, cost of operations and ownership, passenger and crew comfort and provide appropriate response.
  • Launch appropriate corrective action with the relevant program and design organisation and ensure the required level of progress and follow-up during the investigation phase acting as the “voice of the customer” to ensure the problem solution is in the best interests of the customer.

Key Requirements

  • 4-years aeronautical engineering degree
  • 2 to 5 years of experience
