Job Summary
The Lead Medical Assistant is responsible for actively coordinating and organizing an efficient clinic workflow for in-person and telemedicine visits across Primary Care practice.
This position will act as the lead to all the Medical Assistant staff, ensuring adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and operational workflows, including orientation and competency monitoring.
Responsibilities include performing patient intakes, obtaining vital signs, assisting with minor procedures, managing clinic supplies, and coordinating diagnostic tests.
