Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of software engineering expertise
  • 5+ years in leadership or management roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong technical background in programming languages, cloud platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and microservices
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with Disaster Recovery and High Availability
  • Experience managing and designing databases (SQL and NoSQL)
  • Experience building distributed, secure, and scalable software solutions in Spring Boot, Java
  • Experience with Version Control using Git
