The primary focus of this role is to gain experience in the engineering function of the business as a student.
Drives improvements in manufacturing operations by applying engineering principles, CAD tools, Lean methodologies, Kata routines, and data-driven strategies.
Promote a culture of psychological safety by encouraging open communication, mutual respect, and inclusive collaboration across all levels of the organization.
