  • Embed AI and automation across workplace technology and IT support to transform the IT Service Desk into a proactive, AI-augmented support model.
  • Partner closely with People, Business Systems, Data, Security, Legal, Finance and Real Estate to ensure workplace technology evolves with growth and culture.
