Job Summary

  • Act as a strategic business leader, program manager, and client relationship owner, partnering with internal and external senior leaders to drive growth and delivery excellence across Department of the Navy engagements.
  • Lead program and project teams throughout the system delivery lifecycle across engineering, science, software, and energetic systems domains, maintaining responsibility for the leadership and development of experienced teams.
  • Own and expand a pipeline of opportunities for the client and associated SYSCOMs, including identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new work through proactive engagement with government and military clients, teaming partners, and industry stakeholders.
