Base: $35.50 - $53.25; Bonus/Equity: $20,000 Sign-On Bonus Available, Up to $20,000 Loan Forgiveness, Relocation Bonus Available; Benefits: Benefits Eligible

Key Requirements
Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy
Respiratory Therapist certification (CRT) within 45 days
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
