This role involves troubleshooting and maintaining PLC- and VFD-controlled high-speed production equipment and performing preventive and predictive maintenance to improve reliability.

Base: Starting rate $39.38/hr; Rate after 60 days $40.08/hr; Potential $3.00/hr increase after 2-year assessment; Benefits: Employer-paid medical, dental, vision, pension, paid holidays, free beer
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
PLC programming and troubleshooting
Variable frequency drives knowledge
Instrumentation calibration and maintenance
Electrical power distribution up to 480V
Preventive and predictive maintenance
Safety procedures including LOTO
SAP/CMMS maintenance documentation
Nice-to-have
Mechanical troubleshooting in automated environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset
Experience with multiple PLC platforms
Ability to work off-shifts and weekends
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
3 years industrial electrical/controls experience or 2-year technical degree
Experience with Allen Bradley PLC5, Control Logix, Siemens preferred
Knowledge of safety policies (LOTO, confined space)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work varying temperatures
