Lead and advance emergency preparedness initiatives across the NewYork‑Presbyterian Hospital enterprise by overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of Emergency Management programs, operations, logistics, and special projects to ensure organizational resilience.
Develops and maintains regional response and recovery plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, serves as a primary liaison to regulatory and emergency management agencies, and works closely with leadership to optimize grant funding, establish enterprise standards, and deliver high-quality deliverables, training and exercises that strengthen system‑wide readiness, safety, and security.

FEMA IS 100, 200, 700 and 800
ICS 300 and 400
