Job Summary

  • The Infection Prevention Senior Data Analyst utilizes current data and evidence-based practices/guidelines with the goal of preventing healthcare-associated infections.
  • This role educates infection preventionists (IP) across the MUSC system hospital team members on EMR usage, HAI/SSI abstraction and review workflow, collects, analyzes, and reports surveillance data for healthcare-associated infections.
