  • The Leave of Absence Administrator maintains compliance and administers workers compensation, FMLA and disability claims for assigned divisions.
  • Administers integrated claims management involving workplace injury, Short Term Disability (STD), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disability Act (ADA), Military and Personal Leaves.
  • Utilizes RIMS software applications for disability and compliance record keeping.
