The Leave of Absence Administrator maintains compliance and administers workers compensation, FMLA and disability claims for assigned divisions.
Administers integrated claims management involving workplace injury, Short Term Disability (STD), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disability Act (ADA), Military and Personal Leaves.
Utilizes RIMS software applications for disability and compliance record keeping.
