Job Summary
Dispatches personnel to the scene of alarms, crimes in progress or events at local and distant Yale University properties.
Monitors, initiates, and maintains communication with various control rooms via radio, telephone and intercoms.
Responsible for the utilization and maintenance of CCTV throughout the campus and has working knowledge of alarm protocol and notification policies for the entire campus.

Key Requirements
Four years of experience in security, law enforcement, military police, or customer service; or an Associate’s degree and two years of experience
