Key Requirements
Associate's Degree or Certificate in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy
Licensed and/or registered by the State of New York
Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience as a COTA in an acute care setting and/or an acute rehabilitation facility (HHCS Only)
Successful completion of all fieldwork requirements and eligible to sit for the PTA or OTA exam (Rehab Only)
