  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 7+ years experience in sustaining engineering
  • Root Cause Analysis and problem solving methodologies
  • Experience with motors, bearings, encoders, gearboxes
  • Proficiency in CAD and PLM systems
  • Transitioning designs through NPI, EVT, DVT phases

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Jira, JAMA, and Smartsheets
  • CATIA CAD system proficiency
  • Arena and/or ENOVIA PLM systems experience
  • Portfolio of recent work images
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills

Key Requirements
