Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to recruit, hire, and retain the most qualified Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants at Caswell Developmental Center.
  • This position is responsible for coordinating, developing, and implementing an effective recruitment program, which includes contractual staff.
  • A Sign-on bonus of $10,000 may be offered to the successful applicant(s) of this posting, contingent on the 2025-2026 Budget Approval.
