• NEBOSH International Diploma
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent
• RICS certification in Property Management or Facilities Management
• Green building certification
• Ahli K3 Umum (Indonesia)
• 12+ years progressive HSSE leadership experience
• 5+ years in property management, real estate, or asset management
• 5+ years Indonesia commercial real estate experience
• Experience managing large property management teams (50+)
• Native or near-native Bahasa Indonesia
• Advanced English proficiency
