The role involves managing order processing, inventory checks, price and product information inquiries, shipping, and document creation using ERP systems like E1/SAP, acting as a liaison between supply chain departments.
The team consists of 16 members, with a focus on work-life balance through flexible work arrangements, micro job rotations, and an average of only 5 hours of overtime per month.
