Job Summary

  • You will manage the critical path between Magento and our homegrown CBSP (Cloud Business Service Platform).
  • Troubleshoot and facilitate provisioning workflows across both Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
  • As part of the Pune-based contingent, you will be the point person for resolving order failures during the local business day to ensure global "always-on" availability.
