Job Summary

  • You’ll be the on-site Health, Safety and Environment leader in Morrisville, setting the standard for an injury-free workplace by strengthening controls, coaching leaders, and shaping a culture where safety and quality are inseparable.
  • You’ll partner with site leadership, operations, and technical teams to ensure robust compliance across the full lifecycle—from raw materials through finished product and responsible waste management—while confidently guiding construction and contractor activities in high-risk environments.
  • Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.

Key Requirements
