Job Summary

• You independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.
• With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years total experience into electrician
• Completed an approved Apprenticeship or Training
• At least 4 years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to work any shift (2nd, 3rd), weekends, and holidays
• At least 1 year VFD experience
• At least 2 years maintenance experience
• IBEW or apprenticeship program
