  • Ensure the preparation of financial reporting with coherent and quality monitoring of the organization's accounting and finances to guarantee compliance with organizational policies, donors, and local laws.
  • Lead and develop staff in purchasing, accounting, and finance, and ensure the application of audit recommendations.
