Job Summary

• Lead the application of advanced statistical methods, specifically Statistical Process Control (SPC), challenging each factory to achieve best-in-class PCS through a blended approach of training, practical application, data analysis, and strategic development.
• Conduct on-site operational audits to ensure factories are on track to bring new capacity online, evaluating facilities, equipment qualification schedules, operational processes and quality systems.
• Introduce and enforce operational quality standards including scope, goals, expectations (PCS, CCB, CAPA, outgoing inspection...), reporting, audits and CIPs, with a playbook flexible enough for practical engineering judgement.
