Job Summary
Represents the Blackwell Inn with gracious, prompt, courteous and professional interactions as primary point of contact with guests and staff.
This position supervises the employees and guest interactions on the shift and works to ensure that the hotel is meeting the 4 star level of service in every guest interaction.
Candidate must have a strong customer service background and an ability and willingness to go above and beyond for the guest experience.

Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED
2 years of relevant experience
4-6 years of relevant experience preferred
Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with a Major in hospitality management desired
