Job Summary

  • The Experience Manager will be responsible for administering various corporate and venue designed initiatives that support employee engagement and recognition programs, and guest service-related initiatives.
  • Develop creative and fan-focused initiatives for service recovery, surprise and delights, and guest milestones.
