Job Summary
Conduct shift handover with operators, ensuring good working environment, complete tools, accurate process parameters, and timely updates on process instruction completion.
Perform process operations according to plant manager, shift supervisor production orders, and SOP requirements, ensuring timely and quantitative output, and promptly handling and reporting any abnormal situations.
Conduct hourly safety operational inspections to ensure normal equipment and process operation, promptly handling and reporting any safety or quality hazards.
