Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, government contracting, or related field with three years of relevant experience OR a related Master's degree
Previous APEX Accelerator or small business program experience
Previous government contracting experience
Experience as a contracting officer for a federal government agency
Experience in establishing economic development, community, and business relationships
Knowledge of government procurement and acquisition processes
Knowledge of government contracting databases (SAM, FPDS)
Knowledge of government regulations (FAR)
Skills in decision-making and problem-solving
Skills in interpersonal relations and public speaking
Skills in computer, internet, database and MS Office applications
