Job Summary
Accountable for providing direct, personal care and services to residents in the skilled nursing facility, which meet the physical, academical, social and spiritual needs on a daily basis to maintain and improve their highest level of independent function.
Provides assistance to residents with their activities of daily living, performs routine duties, and assists with medical care activities as directed by nursing staff.
