Own project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and status reporting, managing interdependencies across systems and vendors to drive delivery of agreed outcomes.
Design and execute change activities including communications, training coordination, and readiness tracking, building strong relationships with stakeholders and managing expectations.
