Job Summary

  • The Head of Package for the FBL Cluster will develop and execute the product line strategy in accordance with the Package Global product strategy, underwriting framework and pricing guardrails.
  • This role will have accountability for talent management and overall responsibility for FBL Product P&L, with a strong focus on growing the SME segment.
