The Brand Manager is accountable for driving business planning and marketing execution for the Thinx® brand to deliver sustainable, organic growth grounded in deep consumer understanding and strong innovation.

Base: 140,320 – 173,360 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligibility for target bonus; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits including 401(k) and Profit Sharing

Key Requirements
7+ years marketing experience in brand management
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
Proven track record of delivering business results
Strong communication and influencing skills
MBA or advanced degree preferred
Experience with DTC-native or eCommerce-driven brands
