  • The Guest Services Officer - Executive Club is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service to guests of the Executive Club while ensuring seamless coordination between Front Office and Food & Beverage operations.
  • Oversee daily Executive Club Lounge food and beverage service, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails, providing attentive table service and maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in luxury hotel
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management
  • Knowledge of Opera or similar PMS
  • Speak read and write Bahasa Malaysia
  • Excellent command of English
  • Right to work in Malaysia
