  • This role moves service delivery beyond reactive support into a data-driven, automation-first, reliability function, focused on reducing friction, preventing incidents, and improving confidence in platform and application delivery.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years leading large-scale service delivery or reliability engineering teams
  • 3 years' supervisory experience
  • Bachelor's degree in CS or related field and 6 years' experience OR 8 years' experience
  • ITSM, incident management, and change governance
  • Endpoint management (e.g., Intune, JAMF)
