  • Instructional design and adult learning theory
  • Sales enablement platform expertise
  • LMS systems and performance analytics

Nice-to-have

  • Master's degree in organizational development
  • Deep understanding of cloud services MSP models
  • Experience founding a learning function
  • Familiarity with Azure AWS Google Cloud certifications
  • CPTD or APTD certification
  • Change management and agile learning design

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree minimum (or Master's/Ph.D. with reduced experience)
