Employees must report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.
The role requires assisting residents with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and maintaining a calm, comfortable environment throughout the shift.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Report changes in resident condition promptly
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform bed making and room preparation tasks
Monitor residents for skin breakdown and pressure areas
Assist with lifting, turning, and transporting residents

Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
