Job Summary

  • The Mortgage Senior Underwriter is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and approving residential loan applications, verifying income, assets, credit, and collateral documents.
  • This role involves evaluating creditworthiness, ensuring loans meet corporate credit policy and comply with ATR and Qualified Mortgage provisions, and supporting other underwriters on complex loan submissions.
  • Compensation for this role also includes incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
